"AI-navi" (the "Service") is provided by WeMot Co., Ltd. (the "Operator"). This policy explains how personal data is handled in the Service. A Japanese version is available at /privacy; in case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.
WeMot Co., Ltd., 5-8-27-301 Kitashinagawa, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo 141-0001, Japan. Person in charge: Takefumi Goto. Contact: info@ai-navi.site
The Service involves two kinds of data, and our role under the GDPR differs for each:
Our marketing site (ai-navi.site) uses Google Analytics (GA4). GA4 is loaded and measures only if you consent to cookies; before you consent, or if you decline, it is not loaded. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the page footer. See Google's policies for details.
We collect a site ID, company or site name, email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash). We use them to provide the Service, to contact you about payments and trial expiry, to send important notices, and to send security notifications such as password changes (performance of a contract; legitimate interests). If you enable two-factor authentication, the authentication secret is stored encrypted.
Messages that visitors send to the AI character on a customer's website (questions and the AI's replies) are sent to the API of our AI provider (Anthropic's Claude) to generate replies, and are stored as conversation logs that the customer can view and download as CSV in their admin panel. Under our agreement with Anthropic, this content is not used to train Anthropic's AI models.
Payments for paid plans are handled by Stripe, Inc. Card numbers and other payment details are not stored on our servers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We ask for your name, email address and message, and use them only to reply to your inquiry. They are deleted within a reasonable period after the matter is resolved.
Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Conversation logs are kept for the period set by the customer (section 5). Contact-form data is deleted within a reasonable period after the matter is resolved.
We do not provide personal data to third parties without consent except where required by law. To provide the Service, we use the sub-processors listed on our sub-processors page. Some are located outside Japan (e.g. the United States). Transfers from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are made under appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
If you are in the EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and port your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing before withdrawal), and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact info@ai-navi.site; we will verify your identity and respond, in principle, within one month. Requests under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information are accepted through the same contact.
We apply measures including TLS encryption in transit, password hashing, optional two-factor authentication, login-attempt limits, access control and regular backups. In the event of a personal-data breach we will notify the supervisory authority and affected persons without undue delay as required by law.
The Operator is not responsible for information or services provided on external sites linked from the Service.
We review this policy as laws and the Service change, and announce significant changes on this page.
