A character handles site guidance and FAQ support at the same time, through conversation.
Answers visitor questions in natural language, based on the FAQ and knowledge you register. It won't guess when it doesn't know.
Scrolls to the right button and highlights it with a red outline while saying "here it is." For keyboard and screen-reader users, it actually moves focus there too.
An expressive, lip-synced character responds to visitors. Size, voice, and speaking speed can all be adjusted from the admin panel.
The standard voice is included at no extra cost. Switch to a premium provider like Azure for more natural speech.
Can be toggled on or off with the keyboard alone, and the choice is remembered for next time.

The Claude API reads the emotional tone of every reply and switches the character's expression automatically. It lip-syncs while speaking, then settles into an expression that matches the reply's mood. Lightweight, GPU-free rendering keeps it smooth on mobile too.

Replies are generated by the Anthropic Claude API, target-element detection uses tool use, and voice defaults to the browser's built-in Web Speech API. Switch to Fish Audio / ElevenLabs / Azure AI Speech for an extra fee.

Security and data handling

All communication is encrypted with HTTPS (SSL).
The core AI runs on Claude (Anthropic's API). Under Anthropic's terms, conversation content sent through the API is not used to train their models.

How long does setup take?
The character appears within minutes of pasting one script tag. Including FAQ setup and navigation targets, most sites are up and running within a few hours.
Will it affect my existing site's design?
The widget renders in its own iframe, so it won't affect your site's existing CSS or layout.
Do you support languages other than Japanese?
Yes. When a visitor picks a language in the widget, both text replies and voice switch to that language (Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, and Spanish are supported).
Which pricing plan should I choose?
Pick based on your expected monthly traffic and reply volume. If you're unsure, Standard is a good default. See the pricing page for details.
Is it secure?
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and data is isolated per tenant. Conversation content is never used to train AI models.
Can I change how the character looks or sounds?
Yes — the admin panel lets you change the character's appearance, size, voice type, speaking speed, and background.
What's the difference between the free browser voice and paid premium voice?
The standard voice uses your browser's built-in speech synthesis at no extra cost. For more natural speech, you can switch to a premium provider like Azure for an added fee.
Is support available after launch?
Priority support is included from the Standard plan up. Enterprise plans include dedicated support and SLA options.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Just a site ID, company name, email, and password gets your 14-day free trial started right away.
What happens when the trial ends?
The widget stops appearing, and the admin panel shows a prompt to choose a plan. You won't be billed automatically. To keep using it, contact info@ai-navi.site.
