FOR TOURISM & HOSPITALITY

A tourism site that answers overseas guests' "How do I get there?" and "What time?" in 5 languages, 24/7.

It learns your rooms, plans, access and nearby sights, then an AI character answers questions from guests before they book or visit. It even guides them straight to your booking page or access page.

problem

Sound familiar on your tourism or hotel website?

The same questions keep coming, from Japan and abroad

Replying to routine questions about access, check-in time, parking and opening hours is a burden on your staff.

You can't keep up with multilingual inquiries

Inquiries in English, Chinese, Korean and other languages take time to translate and answer, so you can't reply right away.

Guests can't find booking or access information

Plans, the booking page and access details are scattered, so visitors leave without reaching the page they need.

Late-night and early-morning questions go unanswered

Overseas guests in other time zones wait until the next business day for answers, which makes them hesitate to book.

solution

The AI answers and guides in multiple languages, based on your site's content.

01

Learns your whole site automatically

It reads pages on rooms, plans, facility guides, access and nearby sightseeing, and uses them to answer. It never forces an answer when it doesn't know.

02

Guides to booking and access pages

When someone asks "How do I get there?" or "Where do I book?", it scrolls to the right button and highlights it with a red frame. It can also take visitors to other pages.

03

Keep your Japanese site as is — and guide visitors in 5 languages

Even if your site isn't translated, the AI learns your Japanese content and answers in Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean or Spanish. Text replies and voice read-aloud switch to the language the visitor picks. You only need to register your FAQs and business details in Japanese.

04

Chat logs reveal what overseas guests care about

Export chat logs as CSV and analyze frequent questions and unanswered ones. Use them to improve your multilingual pages and guidance.

It cannot take reservations, look up real-time vacancies or prices, or process payments. We recommend setting it up to direct booking questions to your booking page or booking site. It is not for use in emergencies or safety-related situations. Changes to opening hours and temporary closures are reflected by adding to your FAQ or re-learning your site.

checklist

What to register for best results

Registering the following kinds of information as FAQ or business details improves answer accuracy.

  • Rooms, plans and how pricing works (including how taxes and service charges are handled)
  • Check-in and check-out times, shuttle service and parking
  • How to get there, plus nearby sightseeing and dining
  • Opening hours, regular closing days, and how you announce temporary closures or schedule changes
  • Frequently asked points such as dietary allergy support, pets and house rules
  • A policy statement such as "Please check the booking page for the latest vacancies and prices"

FAQ: using AI-navi on tourism and hospitality sites

What are the benefits of adding a chatbot to a hotel, ryokan or tourism facility website?

It automates first-line replies to routine questions about access, check-in time and opening hours, so overseas guests can get their questions answered on the spot, regardless of time zone. Because it guides visitors to your booking page or access page, it also helps prevent visitors from leaving when they can't find information.

Can it take reservations or check vacancies?

No. It cannot take reservations, look up real-time vacancies or prices, or process payments. We recommend setting it up to direct booking questions to your booking page or booking site.

Can it guide visitors in other languages if my site is Japanese only?

Yes. Even if your pages aren't translated, the AI learns your Japanese content and answers in the language the visitor selects (Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean or Spanish). The pages themselves stay in Japanese, so the buttons it points to will be labeled in Japanese. For overseas guests you can set the initial language in the embed tag. For key points such as prices and proper nouns, registering the wording in each language in your FAQ keeps the replies consistent.

Which languages are supported? Does voice switch too?

Five languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean and Spanish. When a visitor chooses a language in the widget, text replies and voice read-aloud both switch. You only need to register your FAQ and business details in Japanese.

How do I reflect temporary closures or changes in opening hours?

Add them to your FAQ or business details in the admin panel and they are reflected in answers right away. If you update your site's content, you can reflect it by re-learning from the admin panel. On the Premium plan and above, weekly or monthly automatic re-learning is also available.

How much does it cost?

You can start with the Light plan from ¥6,800 per month (excl. tax). There is no setup fee, and the 14-day trial is free with no credit card required. See the pricing page for details.
