How much does an AI chatbot cost?
AI-navi has no setup fee and starts at ¥6,800/month (excl. tax) on the Light plan. Depending on responses and pages learned, you can choose Standard (¥19,800/month), Premium (¥59,800/month) or a custom-quoted Enterprise plan.
Can small businesses and small sites use it?
Yes. The Light plan is for individuals, small sites and landing pages. The Standard plan is designed for corporate and e-commerce sites of small and mid-sized businesses.
Is there a plan I can use for free indefinitely?
There is no permanently free plan. There is a 14-day free trial that needs no credit card. When the trial ends, the widget stops displaying and you are never charged automatically.
What if I'm about to exceed the response limit?
You can buy extra response packs (+1,000 responses ¥5,000, +3,000 responses ¥12,000, excl. tax). If the limit is still not enough, consider moving to a higher plan.
Is annual billing available?
Annual prices are listed on the pricing page. Annual billing sign-up is currently being prepared, so please contact us if you'd like it.
