You can change the character's voice from "Voice settings" on the "Character" page. The standard voice is free. If you'd like a more natural, higher-quality voice, you can sign up for an external voice-synthesis service yourself and use it (in that case, that service's own usage fees may apply separately).
A free voice that works right away with no extra setup. It uses the speech-synthesis feature built into the visitor's own browser/OS, so quality varies by device. Start with this standard voice, and consider one of the premium voices below if you'd like something better.
AI-navi supports the three services below. For all of them, you create your own account and obtain an API key yourself, then enter it in the admin dashboard (WeMot does not provide a shared key). Each has a free tier, but some free tiers don't permit commercial use, so please check each service's terms before using it on a live public site, and sign up for a paid plan if needed.
